What is the weight of the pen?

The weight of the pens vary due to the various metal combinations. The weight of each pen is listed in the product details. 

 

 

Do you offer pen clips?

Not quite yet. This is something I would like to do in the future, but still need time to work on the design. 

What refills does the pens use?

​The pens are made for ISO G2 (Parker) Pen Refills. I am working on a design that will fit other refills. Stay tuned.

What is your processing time?

The pens offered on the site are in stock and ready to ship. This means that there are limited quantities listed at any given time. Please allow 1-2 business days for shipping. If your purchase is time sensitive, please let me know the day that you need it prior to placing an order so that I can confirm if I can get it to you by then. You can contact me via the ‘Contact’ page. 


 

My package hasn't arrived yet, what do I do?

​Currently, shipping times are taking longer than usual. Please be flexible with shipping dates. If you are concerned about your parcel, please reach out to me through the ‘Contact’ page. Ultimately, my goal is to get the pen you ordered into your hands and am happy to help when needed. 

 

Why didn’t I receive a tracking number?

At this time, all Canada and US shipments will receive a tracking number. For International deliveries, shipping is very expensive so I have opted to send these packages through Canada Post as an International Air - Small Packet. This shipping method has proven to be very successful so far with less than a handful of lost shipments. If for some reason you do not receive your parcel, we will work together to find a solution and get you your order. This is something I take very seriously and will make sure you receive your parcel.

If your package is not going to either Canada or the US and you would like a tracking number, please reach out via the ‘Contact’ page before you place an order and I will see if we can figure something out. This will be dependent on what is offered through the shipping service I use and may require an additional shipping cost that will be covered by you. 

Is pick up available?

If you live in the Vancouver area and prefer to pick up your order, you can choose the pick up option on the check out page. Once I receive your order, I will contact you and arrange a date and time for you to come by the shop. 

Something is wrong with my pen, what should I do?

Reach out to me on via the 'Contact' page, these pens are very sturdy and  very rarely anything goes wrong with them. I am interested to know all problems and will stand behind every pen.
