Lightweight 20.7g in a 0.38"(9.65 mm) diameter with a 6Al-4V Titanium body with a moderately grippy continuous texture, grip lines and a round nose.
Equipped with a fine 0.5mm Pilot Acro Ink refill. With a short length, fine tip, and smooth action it is a great option over the ISO G2 (Parker) refill.
The mechanism comes equipped with two stainless steel bearing balls. Tip details are extremely tight with a small land between the refill and the conical section.
Proper allowance and a custom precision spring allow the refill to operate very smoothly. There is a tight fit between the button stanchion and the mechanism body making it more resistant to binding from pressing the button on an angle.
Higbee thread start to the pen body to make the thread action for replacing the refill better. Has the locking feature that keeps the mechanism from unscrewing without the need for an o-ring or loctite.
This version is 4.41" (112.0 mm) long, 0.38" (9.65 mm) in diameter, and weighs 20.7g (0.73oz).
