39 Click Pen - 6Al-4V Titanium - Pilot G2

.Stepped nose and recessed mid body make this design comfortable and unique in appearance. Tip details are the tightest yet, with the smallest land between the refill and the rounded tip profile. Clip holds onto thinner materials and will flex to accommodate thicker materials. 

Made one at a time from solid 6Al-4V Titanium. A single 0.39" (9.91mm) diameter grip and a stepped nose section for enhances visibility. Solid material is drilled out with a carbide drill perfectly true over an extreme diameter to depth radio.

The clip takes an excessive six individual operations to create a unique one piece clip and click mechanism.

Tip bore drill is aligned and offset with great care and is machined to a tolerance of just 0.001" or 25 micron to a 2.5mm tip bore specifically for the Pilot G2.  This pen will not fit ISO G2 refills with a spacer, the tip bore is too small by only another 0.001" to eliminate the most wiggle for this refill.

Click the button down and then return it by pinching the mechanism between your fingers, and the button will snap back. Threading has a high quality higbee start to make replacing the refill super easy.

This version is 5.28" (134.11mm) long, 0.39" (9.91mm) in diameter, and 26.14g (0.92oz) and comes equipped with a Fine Pilot G2 0.7mm.
