Thanks for following along! I have recently moved shop and I am still getting back up to speed. I still have a lot of equipments left to setup and fix. I purchased a 1998 Citizen L20 sliding headstock lathe which should be able to expand my capacity, once I get it running. Unfortunately during the move the parameters were lost, and I have to figure out how to get all those settings back on the controller. I have one Kitamura running right now, but the other one is desperately in need of some more repairs, including repairing a leak in the oil chilling unit, trouble shooting some dodgy electrical issues, and repairing the z axis hydraulic counterbalance. I really need both milling machines up an running to make a new clipped unit, along with making a design I am properly happy that addresses the issues customers have had in the past with the old clipped design.

A groove shows up when the very popular Pentel EnerGel refill is properly retracted. Unscrew the cap fully to replace the refill. Action is supplied by a triple started fast moving thread with a higbee start, making refill replacement easy. The thread action is smooth while having a moderate zippered texture to prevent unwanted spinning.
Proper allowance and a custom precision spring allow the refill to operate smoothly. The included refill is a Pentel EnerGel 0.4mm with the needle tip.
