36 Click Pen - 464 Brass - Pentel Energel 0.5mm Needle Nose - Clipless - Round Nose

Finally a new clipless version! Lustrous 464 brass for the needle nosed Pentel Energel refill. 

Tip bore is sized 2.3mm for the needle nose refill. No discernible tip wiggle.

I spent about a week making changes to the program and prototypes to make this mechanism better, more reliable and work in a super satisfying way.

Cap threads have been lengthened and made coarser for more strength. Added the higbee blunt start to the cap and tube.

Tip point details have been refined with a machined chamfer and clean facing.

Button details are exceptionally clean with finer facing pass and tighter fit. 

This version is 5.27" (133.9 mm) long, 0.36" (9.1 mm) in diameter, and 40.0 g (1.41 oz)
