40 Click Pen - 6061 Aluminum - Schmidt EasyFlow 9000 - Clip and Grooves

I have created a few of these pens specially designed for the ISO G2 Parker refill. First time trying out this 0.40" grip diameter with the grip grooves in aluminum. Weight distribution is dead centre.

 Made out of the very shiny, lightweight, and economical 6061 Aluminum. Machined finishes are left completely raw for a unique lustrous appearance.

The tip bore is sized perfectly at 0.100"+0.001" and the refill has no discernible wiggle.

Comes equipped with a Schmidt EasyFlow 9000 refill.

The click and return is incredibly good on this version. The return button is much easier to press with the soft part of your thumb.

Cap threads have been lengthened and made coarser for more strength. Higbee blunt start is cleaner and more crisp.

Tip point details have been refined with a machined chamfer and clean facing.

Button details are exceptionally clean with finer facing pass and tighter fit. 

Clip design is improved with a tighter fitting gap and more flexibility.

This version is 4.83" (122.7 mm) long, 0.40" (10.2 mm) in diameter, and 17.7 g (0.63 oz)
