42 Click Pen - Pre-Order - 6Al-4V Titanium - Pentel EnerGel 0.7mm

Made entirely out of the tough and hard solid bar stock 6Al-4V Grade 5 Titanium.

Extremely minimal and clean design coupled with the very excellent and the Pentel EnerGel 0.7mm refill.

The click and return is very solid and super satisfying. Tolerances, fit and finish for the mechanism are very close. Pinch the mechanism between your index finger and thumb to retract the mechanism with a satisfying snap. The click and return is excellent on this version.

Tip point details are very clean with an excellent tight fitting 2.3mm bore and a tolerance of just 25 micron to keep the refill tip exactly in place.

Higbee thread start to pen body to make the thread action for replacing the refill better.

This version will be  5.29" (134.4mm) long, 0.42" (10.7mm) in diameter, and 28.70g (1.01oz).

Tip point details have been refined with a machined chamfer and clean facing. Button details are exceptionally clean with finer facing pass and tighter fit. Clip design is improved with a tighter fitting gap and more flexibility.
